We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Item is in original condition 

• Item still has tag attached and has not been worn ( please note this does not include trying on outfit. "Worn" means using the item for any purpose other then trying it on.

• Item is returned with the packaging it came with. However we understand the packaging will be opened and/or ripped. This is not a problem! the purpose of returning the item in the used packaging is to prevent the item receiving damage or dirt marks whilst it is being returned.

Return shipping will not be payed for by Casa Mia Homewares & Boutique.

Item can be dropped into our store located in Mossman if this is convenient for you.

Refunds will be made by store credit only, otherwise the item can be exchanged for an identical item in a different size free of charge. If the size you would like to exchange your item is out of stock, we can either order you another one (if the product is still available to us) or provide you with store credit.
